REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
We have a 30-day refund policy. If you have a query about the product please use our contact form and contact us. We will arrange a refund or find a solution that will be satisfying and reasonable. We are a very small local and handmade business, therefore please do not expect our terms to be to the like of Amazon, which is essentially a broker for commerce. Our Customers are what makes this business work, however, we ask for mutual respect and not buy with us and then suddenly change your mind. Please get tracking and cover when you return the order to us. Within the UK we highly recommend to not ship with Evri. This return-to-refund policy does not cover items that have a) Orders that have signs of wear and are not re-sellable; b) Orders that have been returned to us after you have not been picked up from your local parcel point. Bought, seen and returned refunds under our policy only; c) Orders with have shown to have manufacturing non-cosmetic mistakes will be either repaired or a blanket care kit will be sent to you this is for small easy fixes where the postage outweighs the cause of repair. for example loose quilt points. We take care not to put additional strain on the environment and at the same time we design our products to last for a very long time with reasonable care taken; d) We take the best care to have the finish of the products nice and presentable.
